Tribe Art Studio was established by Rose Lawlor, an artist working through the mediums of pastel, charcoal and oils. Motivated by her love for art, Rose created Tribe.
Rose is an expert in creative arts for children, with years of experience, and a BA in Early Childhood Education. Tribe activities ensure participants receive the complete benefits of the creative process in a non-competitive, welcoming atmosphere.

Following an 8 year career working in and assistant managing a Pre-School in a creche setting I chased a crazy dream to bring what I so strongly believe in to other people.
The aim of the studio was to enhance the lives of a community of people by bringing them together through the power of art. The space was created with love and attention to detail ensuring that the experience people receive is of the highest standard every time so that when you pay a visit to us you leave refreshed and inspired!
Since opening our doors in 2019 we have had fantastic positive feedback with people returning time and time again. We are always developing and evolving our offering to meet our customer needs and interests meaning our programme is always jam packed. Our mission is to enhance the lives of a community of people by bringing them together through the power of art. We believe everybody can benefit from the creative process and, experienced or otherwise, Tribe participants are encouraged and supported to achieve their creative goals.
Our aim is to help people young and old accomplish self-expression in an inviting, friendly and non-competitive atmosphere.
Taking inspiration from the atelier system through the Reggio Emilia Philosophy, the children in this studio lead their work and are valued as central to their own learning. The children’s work is focused on the process, emphasising the creative journey rather than the end product.

What really sets us apart at Tribe Art Studio is our experience and our passion. We love what we do and we have over 10 years experience working with children as well as a lifetime of experience with the creative process.
Confidence is built through freedom of expression.
There is no pressure to be an amazing artist and produce something fantastic just because you have come to an art class. We focus on delivering the benefits of the process for both children and adults.
